So i wake up i get ready and when i go downstairs for breakfast an alarm like sirens go off really loudly in the attic when i opened it and went upstairs to check it randomly stopped.

You can keep them away from the smoke alarm with pest control sprays. Smoke alarms are more subject to particles and contamination. If they settled inside the detection chamber of your unit don t be surprised to hear your smoke alarm going off as often as every 10 minutes or so. Note that there are a few manufactures who do make detectors for a wider range of temperatures i e. They sometimes crawl into the area with the sensors and set off the alarm.
